This page describes how Funnels for Jira handles your data. Our privacy policy covers everything else, including your rights and how to contact us.
Your Jira data stays in Atlassian
Section titled “Your Jira data stays in Atlassian”Funnels runs entirely on Atlassian Forge. It has no servers of its own.
- Charts are calculated in your browser, from work items it reads from Jira with your own permissions. Jira data is never sent to us or to anyone else.
- Saved configurations are stored in Forge storage, which Atlassian hosts in your site’s data residency location.
- Your current view settings may be kept in your browser’s local storage.
- The app only reads from Jira. It never changes your work items.
The app does not send usage statistics or error reports outside Atlassian.
Earlier versions
Section titled “Earlier versions”Versions released before the Forge migration ran on Atlassian Connect and sent usage statistics to Google Analytics and error reports to Rollbar from your browser. If your administrator has not yet approved the update, see the Forge migration plan.
