Download link

Recipients are emailed a link to a page where they can download the report. Only they and the export’s owner can download it, or anyone on your site if the export is public. Links are also listed on the dashboard.

Choose how long the link stays valid in Link expires after, from 6 hours to 30 days. The file is deleted from our servers when the link expires.

Use a download link for reports too big for an email attachment, or when you’d rather not send the data itself by email. A download link can also be read back by the Rovo agent while it is valid.
